Great location, new and spacious rooms with fantastic attention to detail. Lots of amenities available in the common area, including a washer/dryer. The room had a smart design with a sliding compartment to create space between the kitchen and the bedroom as needed. Good privacy due to the curtains between the two open bedroom areas. Ample storage throughout the room as well. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

It was a very pleasant experience indeed staying in Kooook , there location is very convenient in the city center downtown Munchen, accessible to all kind of mode of transportation and the main central station, we booked there family room nice neat and clean , with comfortable beds and full amenities that you will love for there quite public common area with akk that you need is being offered by, in short for your ootd of the day you can use there laundry services as well, no more further other words i can personally say is that this place is highly recommended in a very reasonable price of four people, thank you for letting us experience koook hospitality!!!❤️

The location is convenient ,walkable and the location is near the hop on & Hop off tour bus. The place is clean & safe.Last but not the least Staffs is very nice & accomodating, Helpful & Allow us to check In early which is really helpful to us to continue our tour and help us settle down to our new place. Ill stay in same place if ill be back in Munich, Germany.

Excellent location and close to public transportation. Had problems with check-in because we did not register before arrival. Must register to get virtual keys on koook’s app. We missed the hotel’s communication for pre- registration. Registering on the street outside hotel door with poor data is impossible.
After checkin, enjoyed stay. Clean, updated and beautiful public lounge space. Only negative about room was the bathrooms clear glass walls. Not ideal for multiple people in room.

Stayed at Munich in a room to accommodate three people. Room was very spacious, big shower, kitchenette and washing machine. Toiletries supplied. Unique though was being able to use the public area which had its own kitchen, laundry, sitting areas to relax or communicate with other travellers; also some supplies to top up if needed. Loved our stay here!

The unit I booked had a small, exquisite kitchen. The room was very modern and well-spaced. The only thing I found inappropriate was the transparent glass door of the toilet. The building has a nice commons area with a kitchen for residents.Location is convenient ,public transportation is around the corner.

We had the family room with washer/dryer. Apartment was very well situated. Right next to the train main train station and other public transport. Car rental and grocery also near by. We had plenty of kitchen ware, soap for de washing machine and dish washer. Toilet cabinet and shower room were separated, perfect for privacy. Both totally closed off with a wall for the bedroom.

The hotel is excellent. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Very clean, very new, everything in the room is so advanced. The common room on the first floor is so chill. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and always reply guests' enquiries promptly (24x7). I must recommand to others and will visit again.

The rooms were some of the best (definitely best value for money) we’ve ever stayed in. They were clean, sizeable, had a small kitchen and table and chairs, accessible and again sizeable shower room and had lots of storage space.
I wasn’t sure about the digital keys but they worked well and there is also an option to get a key card if you’re worried about that.
It’s a 10 minute walk straight into the centre or it’s very close to several tram/metro stops.
There was a well-equipped kitchen in our studio room as well as a shared kitchen in the shared area.
The shared area was also very comfortable and the staff were always very helpful and attentive. So nice to have an accessible kitchen in what is essentially a hotel lobby!
Only two things I wasn’t keen on - the beds were a bit hard and the bathroom doors (in the studio rooms) are glass and didn’t leave a lot of space for privacy.
Otherwise, a fantastic hotel and would definitely stay here again!

shared kitchen with snacks / water is a great amenity. Also laundry onsite. We previously stayed in Stay Kooook in Switzerland and this one in Munich did not disappoint. Wish they had these in every city we visit!

Hotel is very modern, clean an comfortable. The public “flat” area is a nice feature where you can grab a nice cup of coffee and get some space outside the room. Only negative is that the room’s bathroom area is encased with a see-through glass door so if you are using shower, toilet or just brushing teeth —you are in unobstructed view of the bed area. We did a workaround by draping a sheet over the glass door for privacy but this was an unpleasant surprise. I hope they can put some privacy film in the doors in the future
