Room itself was great - clean, modern, with a large bathroom, AC, and a balcony. The location was walkable from the main train station. It was hard to find - it appears there are just a handful of rooms in what is otherwise a non-descript office building. There are no amenities or staff, so if you didn’t check in online ahead of time to receive instructions on how to access the room you will be very confused. Opening the main entry door requires a link sent through email - so you need an international phone data plan already set up. All in all may be good for a business traveler who just needs a room and nothing else but didn’t work well for a family of four on vacation.

Overall service is not being provided, very disappointing and we felt like being discriminated!!! Not very happy and management is very hard to contact for needs and services.

Suite very difficult to get access entry. After 6pm remote check in, we ring several times but no one answered. Called telephone number to get remote check in assistance. Email notice of remote check in instructions sent too late on day of check in during our flight, should have been sent two days or at least a day ahead like other hotels. Not recommending this suite for travelling family.

Palvelu oli todella hyvä sillä apua tarvitsin pariinkin otteeseen. Kun oli aika kirjautua sisään ennen matkaa (tämä tapahtui säkhöisesti), ei hitellin lähettämä linkki toiminut vaan jouduin soittamaan varausjärjestäjälle pariin otteeseen. Sisään pääsi koodilla mikä toimi puhelimen kautta. Ensimmäinen ilta sujui hyvin, mutta toisena iltana ei koodi toiminutkaan ja respa oli suljettu klo 19. Eli jouduin taas soittamaan varausjärjestäjälle ja lisäjännitystä toi melkein tyhjä puhelinakku. Jos toivot hyvää lokaatiota, hyvää palvelua mutta et pelkää seikkailua sopii tämä hotelli sinulle.
