We had a pleasant stay. The man at reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen had no cooking facilities but was adequate for making tea and coffee with a fridge. The neighborhood was quiet, with some restaurants close by.

We were awaited at Metrolitan Hotel. A turkish woman made a call and a another woman appeared and brought us to the nearby Hotel „Isla Suites oder Apart“. There we checked in for 2 persons, one person to follow. They brought us to the room in the third floor. The room was at the top (roof)of the building, air condition didn‘t work, the room had about 50 degrees Celsius. Elevator didn‘t work. I was three times at the Lobby, for the air condition repair, for a second key, because the power of the AC goes off without key and third to change the room (was not possible). The reception promised to repair the AC and bring sheets for the third person. Then we left the hotel and came back at 1pm. The man at the reception didn‘t find the checkin of us in the computer. We went to our room, one AC was still not working in one room, no sheets there. We got sheets then and had to sleep in one room all three together, one guy on the bottom, because this room was the only normal tempered room with only one working AC. Worst hotel and highly miserable management!! Never come back.

Bu kadar uygun bir otelden 5 yıldızlı performans beklemek doğru olmaz ve ona göre yorum yapmak gerektiğini düşünüyorum. 2 oda mutfak şeklinde ve banyo bulunuyor. Mobilyalar temiz ve düzenli odanın birinde 2 tekli yatak ayna dolap diğerinde 2 kanepe masa sandalye var. Yani baya geniş 4 kişi rahat kalır. Ayrıca bizim odada 2 balkon vardı akşam oturması güzeldi. Temizlik ufak tefek detaylar harici genel olarak iyiydi. Açık büfe kahvaltı öyle çok çeşit beklemeyin. Temel kahvaltılık ürünler ve ayrıca kaynamış yumurta var. Tek eksiği asansör olmaması. Odanız çok yukarda değilse veya genç iseniz oda sorun olmaz diye düşünüyorum. Havuzu temizdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım ve 1 gece daha uzattım.

Apart merkezi konumda, yaklaşık 5 dk içerisinde sahile gidilebiliyor. 4 kişi 7 gün konaklama sağladık, oda sürekli otelde kalmadığımız için genişlik olarak bize yeterli geldi. Kahvaltısı standarttı. Fakat konfor açısından rahat olduğunu söyleyemem. Mutfak var ancak temizlik ürünü yok, sürekli tuvalet kâğıdı istemek zorunda kaldık tedarikli olarak hazırlık sağlanmıyor, ilk gün gözlüklü hanımefendiden fazla ürün isteyince ‘bitince söyleyin’ gibi bir dönüş aldık maalesef. El sabunu sıvı olarak temin sağlanabilir. Temizlik her gün yapılmıyor 2 günde bir talep edilebiliyormuş 1 gün de haberimiz olmadan giriş yapılıp temizlenmiş bu arada? Çamaşır makinasının odada olmadığını biliyorduk çamaşırhane vardır umudu vardı yokmuş ne yazık ki. En çok zorlandığımız konu bu oldu malesef tatil yeri sonuç olarak el ile ne kadar ne yıkanabilir, tel istedik sağolsunlar temin sağlandı ancak ürün paslıydı kullanamadık. Uzun süreli kalınabileceğini sanmıyorum, kısa süre konaklama için değerlendirilebilir.
