Everything about the hotel was first class, especially the staff. The restaurant is excellent.
We were even offered a breakfast box because we had to leave very early.
The hotel is away from the centre; therefore, I suggest a shuttle bus for guests.

Our room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was welcoming. There was a technical problem, so we had to move to another room on our second night. The shower has glass door, which is not so nice.

This is a quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Porto . It is conveniently located near the train station . The hotel is clean and the staff is efficient and friendly . The breakfast which is included had many tasty options .

The Log is a lovely newer property outside the city center in Porto. Friendly professional staff, clean and attractive facility. Not walkable to city center, but easy access to affordable Uber services.

The Log is a beautiful high quality hotel.
Excellent breakfast with a wide range of high quality options. Staff extremely helpful. Beautiful bar area with very friendly staff. Hotel room was well decorated and very comfortable. It is quite a way from the City centre but Uber was very quick and cheap. The metro was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel had car parking so if coming by car would recommend this high quality hotel. Only minus was check out as it took 15 minutes in the queue. Perhaps you could have an express checkout for those with no bills to pay.

This hotel looks like it is recently renovated and it is quite unique and beautiful. Good location. Front desk clerks were super helpful and friendly. The only challenge was operating the lighting in the room. I found it very confusing, but maybe thats just me.

Highly Recommend!
From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff were great, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the best we had during our trip through Europe. The only problem we had was the fact that we wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked! 😔

Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive.

A excellent stay in Porto
Stayed along with friends, who came in separate cars, finding the hotel on two different sat-navs was extremely difficult, had to revert to Google maps. The information of the hotels location from the centre of the city, stated "3 minute drive" that would have been at midnight & driving at 100k/hr. Saying all that, the hotel & staff are both excellent, spacious clean room, excellent breakfast, we also had dinner in the hotel, which was also excellent & reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet location, with the metro 10 minutes walk & a bus stop 5 minutes away. Both journeys taking about 25 minutes.

We spent only one night at this relatively new hotel; very nice decor room was spacious and appointed well. Staff was very attentive. It’s not close to the center of town, however for our purpose was just right. Overall, very good hotel definitely would stay there again.

On the positive. The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast staff were amazing especially Alanis. The bad outweighed the good. No possibility of early checkin no safe in room no minibar in room no iron ever available front office staff moderatley polite. Need to improve customer service and friendliness

A very new and quirky hotel. Unfortunately it was slightly further out of the town than we would have liked. A fridge or safe would have been useful. Staff were good, especially in the restaurant in the evening. We had a great stay.

Its a nice hotel but not managed very well. Check in time was 15:00 but room was still not ready. Following day my room was not made until 16:00 After calling reception. The restaurant is not open all day. . Its 4km from.the city no restaurant near by. Overall its a modern hotel with comfortable beds. No very professional at reception. I had to ask for the welcome drink and had to call for wifi code..
