I didn’t like the fact that the hotel needs some repairs and upgrades.
The drain in my shower was sunk @11/2 inch it was dangerous!
The staff was not on top of things, for example leaving the bottle of water they supposed to provide.

In my first night I was waken up at 3am due to a window that was left open due to the window was not functional (bad design), the window was not able to close, I had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to the exact same problem, I had a terrible first night staying at this hotel.

En la aplicación no me dejo pagar al llegar y pagué por medio de la aplicación y al llegar a la reservación me hicieron pagar otra vez diciendo que ellos no aceptaban pagos en linea y aun no me resuelven y por el momento tengo cargo doble

Hice reservación para un adulto y un niño. La confirmación de la aplicación decía que tenía el desayuno incluído sin embargo estando ahí me comentaron que solo aplica con adultos. No hay problema solo que lo especifiquen en la descripción

La verdad es un hotel muy céntrico y cómodo dormí muy bien y su ubicación privilegiada ya que me permitió conocer muchas cosas del centro histórico y la verdad me gustó mucho la cena .los museos del virreynato el Federico y el del ferrocarril así como la catedral la iglesia del Carmen san Agustín muy hermosas el recorrido en el camión turístico está muy padre
