Brand new apartments, really smart. Takes about 20 mins to walk into centre or it’s about €30 in an Uber. Just make sure you check your emails in advance to get the door codes!

Extremely difficult to get to and no transport support!! Ruined suitcases on gravel. Low staff support. Impossible vending machines. Air conditioning did not work - wa extremely hot!!!! No shampoo , few towels. Sheer blinds on ground floor- people can see you change right in windows. Dirty dishes in cabinet. . Only plus is actual apartment is clean, spacious, modern nice looking.

Clean new apartments but very shady security

Clean, new apartment within okay walking distance to Pisa. However very shady experience as we believe someone was scouting the apartment one early morning. Got woken up and heard lots of noises inside then someone opening the door. You get an unique code for your stay to access the building and apartment, but if you can just turn a breaker to disable the lock completely (which we believe is what happened) then it's not really safe. Even more as there is no way to physically lock the door. There is also a security guard at the reception but most of the time he is not there or asleep. He doesn't speak a word in English or Italian, was supposed to check our passports to match the names to the room but he kept calling us a completely wrong name which feels mission impossible as our names are on the passports he is reading from... It's sad as the place has much potential but if we cannot feel safe in our rooms I would never recommend anyone else to stay there.

Rigtig fint og kort ophold i Pisa på vores vej til Rom. Fin lejlighed der ligger i fin gåafstand til centrum af Pisa. Pæne og nye lejligheder og fedt med P-kælder og ladestander

Leider war der Boden sehr schmutzig, im Bad lagen in der Dusche sehr viele Haare auf der Ablage vom Vorgänger. Es wurde scheinbar nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Die Handtücher waren so flusig, dass wir eigene benutzen mussten. Die Lage des Zimmers war direkt neben einer Sporthalle, da lief eine laute Lüftungsanlage und morgens laute Musik. das Fenster konnte man da also nicht öffnen. Im Zimmer war es sehr hell, über der Tür ein grünes Notausgangsschild und im Zimmer noch so ein blauer Kasten. Aufgrund der Lage war das eher das schlechteste Standard- Zimmer, gebucht hatten wir Superior. Wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Sehr schade, auf den Bildern sieht es so toll aus, auch von außen ist alles richtig schön. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Garage war auch super und der Nachtportier war sehr sehr nett.
