Great, friendly and helpful staff from the front office to the room service to the restaurant staff. Felt a bit of royalty living at the Brij castle, beautiful interiors. Only one suggestion I have would be to make sure first timers to Jaipur be guided well. Give them a road map, helpful guide, etc.

This is a lovely new boutique hotel. It is new... but in the style of typical Indian hotel. It's beautiful! We had no issues and recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Brij Castle. The staff was extremely nice, humble, and offered the best hospitality I have ever experienced. They made sure everything was comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Special thanks to team who arranged the birthday surprise for us 💗 The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. The rooms and common areas were clean, neat, and hygienic, which added to the overall comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay!

The only problem for me was that the ventilation in my room was noisy. All the rest was good Very tasty food in the closest restaurant to there. they have great Mandi. It’s not fancy and a lot of families eat there.

The location of the hotel very close to Jalmahal. This is situated at tge centre of Jaipur. We were visting from Canada and we wete fully satified with service. 10 out of 10 for cleaniness. Hotel is failrly new. Its built to represnt the old Jaipur built ,haveli etc type. Wondefully decorated. Great pricing . 24 hours reception staff. Sachin was assiting in dinning room every breakfast and he was wondeful to deal with. Buffet breakfast was included. We recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel! Impeccable service- the whole team were so helpful and friendly. They food was delicious and of high quality. The whole hotel was recently renovated so everything is new and lovely. The art work on the walls is the foyer, restaurant and central atrium is stunning. The bed linen and pillows were great quality. A totally enjoyable stay. I would thoroughly recurrent Brij Castle if you go to Jaipur. So pretty lit up at night, you can see it shining, it's yellow archways and walls so welcoming. 💛💛💛 Website won't let me upload photos sadly

8/10 Very good

Staff is very friendly, room is newly done and clean. Good breakfast selection, Indian style food only. Heavy, loud noise cleaning, moving furniture until midnight and early morning, felt like that was happening in my room as the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything around. Neighbourhood is not to recomment - I felt unsafe, old part of the city, small side street, noisy, dust and dirt around. My room window was almost leaning to a wall of a torn building and garbage, so kept the curtains closed.
