I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. The hot water in the shower cut off halfway through my shower twice. The most upsetting thing was that we booked this hotel based on the fact it advertised a hot tub. We immediately wanted to use it once we checked in and found it completely cold. The pool was dirty and unkempt as well. They said they would turn it on but over the next few hours it only got marginally hotter, no where close to being an actual hot tub. Same thing happened the next day, it was very cold and wet out and we wanted nothing more than to relax in a hot tub. We go down in our bathing suits, cold once again. I’m sure they keep it off to save money but don’t advertise a hot tub if it’s never going to be kept hot. It was very disappointing.
