Everything was absolutely dirty. I felt like in a horror movie where you know you’ll die. No double lock, mold everywhere, cockroaches, pillow already orange of dirty, not even the mirror was clean.

Café da manhã muito básico, poucas opções de frutas, sucos, bolos ou pães; quarto sujo, piso muito velho, portas sujas ou não pintadas, enferrujadas, móveis muito velhos, desgastados ou parecendo comprados numa loja de usados, colchões de mola que a mola fica incomodando quando a gente deita, vazamentos nos banheiros provenientes da fossa causando mal cheiro. barulho de obra incomodando o dia todo; ausência de lâmpadas de cabeceira, pintura muito velha e desgastada.

Tive problemas com o estacionamento do hotel. O mesmo tem duas árvores que a noite ficam cheias de pássaros e cagam pelo seu carro todo. Tinham mais de 500 cocôs sobre o carro pela manhã. Também existe uma mureta, onde tem veegalhões expostos e ao sair com meu carro, atingi um deles que quebrou o parachoque. Em ambos os casos falei com o atendente da recepção e o mesmo nem olhou pra minha cara. A noite pedi um balde com agua e um pano pra eu mesmo tentar limpar e não saiu até agora todo o cocô. O prejuízo com o conserto do parachoque será grande.

Hotel antigo , as fotos disponíveis enganam o consumidor , corredores velhos portas velhas , armários velhos , atendimento da recepção de mau a pior , falta cordialidade e simpatia ….cafe da manhã básico do básico.
Janela sem vedação e uma rua movimentada … o barulho da rua dos carros exalava no quanto , impossível dormir um pouco mais , como no centro o barulho incomodava de mais

Minha experiência ficou abaixo do esperado. As fotos do quarto divulgadas no anúncio não correspondiam à realidade encontrada, o que gerou frustração logo na chegada. Além disso, o atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar, já que os funcionários demonstravam pouca cordialidade, passando a impressão de desinteresse no atendimento ao hóspede. Esses pontos comprometeram a qualidade geral da estadia.

Hotel antigo, alguns quartos estao sendo reformados. Quarto tinha sujeira nos cantos. Wifi era lenta. Café da manha tinha poucas opções de frutas, e formigas ao redor da comida. O café era muito fraco. O atendimento foi bom.

O quarto estava limpo, o banheiro também, mas tudo é muito MUITO simples. O colchão é bem ruinzinho e os travesseiros estavam cheirando ruim.
O hotel não tem elevador então é bom ficar atento a isso quando for fechar para não ter a decepção de ter que subir dois lances de escada com bagagem. O café da manha é bom, simples, mas bom. A localização é muito boa.
