Çok güzel 2 gün geçirdik. İlgi alaka çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Odaların ve tesisin temizliği tam not aldı. Oda oldukça küçüktü ancak biz 1 gece konakladığımız için pek problem olmadı. Son derece temizdi. Çalışmayan bozuk olan bir şey yoktu. Göcek marina ve çarşıya, marketlere aşırı yakın bir konumda. Önünde araç parketmek için yeterli alan mevcut. Otelde bizi karşılayan beyfendi son derece yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Balkonlu oda verdi bize, buz kalıplarının dondurulmasına ihtiyacım vardı geri çevirmedi.

Otele gelirken Comfort 3 Kişilik Balkonlu Oda rezervasyonu yaptık. İlan fotoğraflarında üst kat balkonlarını gösteren görseller olduğu için doğal olarak bahçe katı olmayacağını düşündük. Otele geldiğimizde ise bize bahçe katında bir oda verildi. Durumu sorduğumuzda “Bahçe katı istemediğinizi yazmamışsınız.” şeklinde, çözüm odaklı olmayan bir cevap aldık. Odanın kapısında sineklik olsa da gece kapıyı açık bırakarak uyuyamayacağımızı söyledik. Buna karşılık bize sadece “Bir şey olmaz.” gibi oldukça yüzeysel bir cevap verildi. Üstelik gece 00.00-08.00 saatleri arasında resepsiyonda kimse bulunmuyor. Bu nedenle kapıyı açmaya güvenemeyip eski ve oldukça gürültülü çalışan klimayla uyumak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca odanın ilanlarda 25 m² olarak belirtilmesine rağmen bize kesinlikle o büyüklükte gelmedi. Balkon alanı da bu metrekareye dahil ediliyor olabilir. Oda genişliği konusunda beklentisi olanların bunu da göz önünde bulundurmasını tavsiye ederim.Bunun dışında odadaki duş musluğu da neredeyse elinize gelecek kadar gevşemiş durumdaydı ve bakım eksikliği hissediliyordu. Oda genel olarak görseldeki kadar bakımlı değildi.Burik otelden ziyade pansiyon-misafirhane düzeyinde düşünülebilir Otelin konumu fena olmasa da, oda kategorisinin beklenti oluşturacak şekilde sunulması, personelin yaklaşımı ve odanın bakımsızlığı nedeniyle maalesef memnun ayrıldık diyemem. Özellikle “balkonlu oda” rezervasyonu yapacak kişilerin bahçe katı ihtimalini ve oda büyüklüğünü önceden teyit etmeleri lazım

Kahvaltı standart, çalışanlar standart (Ali bey ilgili ve güler yüzlü ) Oteli 1 hafta önce rezerve etmiştim zaten fiyatı vermiş olmaktan yana bir derdim yoktu..! Ama maalesef vermiş olduğum ücrete değer bir yer olarak bulmadım , bu sebepten geçirmiş olduğumuz 2 günlük Göcek gezimizden bize kalan tek üzücü anı bu oldu.

-Son gün otelde bir tek siz kaldınız denilerek başka otele kahvaltıya sizi götürelim hemen yan taraf dediler bizde tamam dedik sabah olduğunda yan taraf değil baya ileri bi otele kahvaltıya götürüldük gittiğimiz yerde bizimle ilgilenen kimse olmadı ve bizi götüren çalışan da sessizce ortadan kayboldu döndüğümüzde çoktan diğer otele geçtiğini gördük müşteriye saygıları yok -Havuz ortalama büyüklükte ancak bitki ve kedi kaynaklı hızlı kirleniyor. -Özellikle akşamları resepsiyonda ve hatta barda birini bulmanız imkansız görevli bir kadın gördük o da yüzümüze bile bakmadı. - Kahvaltısı çeşitli görünüyor ancak lezzeti yok kalitesiz ürünler var. - Odada sineklik yok bu yüzden camı açamadık oda küçük olduğu için bütün gece havasız uyuduk yorgun uyandık. - odada sadece tek valiz açacak kadar alan var. - Biz iki gece konakladık tek pozitif yanı konumuydu bir daha kesinlikle gelmem kimseye de önermem.

Otel girişinde her defasında iletişim kurabileceğimiz kimseyi bulamadık her defasında telefonla arayıp beklediğimiz bilgisini verdik buna rağmen bile 10 dk kadar bekletildik. Odalarda havlu dışında herhangi ihtiyacınızı karşılayacağınız bir şey yok. Bilgilendirme çok yetersiz. Huzurlu ve keyifli bir konaklama Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Göcek Çarşı Meydanı’na yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz, çevresi sakin ve güvenli. Açık havuz çok temizdi ve keyifliydi. Oda konforlu, personel ise oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Sessiz, huzurlu bir tatil arayanlar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde tekrar görüşmek üzere 🌼
