The best hotel in Tallinn by far. I have been here many times and will always come back. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The service is first class, as are the hotel rooms and public areas. The cocktail bar with delicious drinks and the cigar lounge attached to it are great! A perfect 5 star place. There is also a Casino next door which you can walk straight through the hotel. The restaurant is also top class if you want lunch or dinner. And of course the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Tallinn's old town. The building is also historic and interesting.

Perfect stay in every way
I can’t praise this hotel enough! It’s all in the details. Next level breakfast and the bakery brings a nice touch. Will only stay here from now on when in Tallinn, 10/10. The spa is very peaceful and great massages.

Nice premises and set up. Friendly service. However, something is missing from five stars. Did not get a supreme experience. Some small hassle in many things. Indoor dining was terrible. Tasted like instant noodles. The dishes were not removed from the room until very late the next evening - and after calling the reception. Spa was small but nice. Treatments pricy but nice. Needs some accuracy and sharp management.

The hotel is outstanding, refine and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was over and above my expectations.
The only thing they need to improve is in make is sustainable, there is many plastic waste when it come to shampoo and soap. Also my room didn’t have a full length mirror.
