2/10 Poor

I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel.
right next to my bed
old bed frame with stains
open pipe
can’t put my soap there gross

Minha segunda estadia neste hotel e no banheiro do quarto onde eu estava tinha goteiras por todo o lado, deixando o piso do banheiro molhado.

Me surpreendeu positivamente! Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar.
