Parking was off-street. Bit tight but mostly securish. Amenities were sufficient. Kitchen & dining room were well stocked with utensils, glasses, crockery & spacious. Room was aa needed. Bed & manchester was warm & comfortable. Location ideal for sporting events. Air con not used

Need to be careful of those posts when driving. Easy to crash into them :-( I did crash !!!

They scam people with improper payment details and ask for payment on the spot even though they I've paid through Paypal online while I made my booking.
They try to take advantage of people travelled from far using this advantage of being a local business holders!
Totally a NO-NO for couple and families.

The rooms are very small. The blinds dont cover the windows properly. Says its serviced everyday but only towels are replaced no cleaning. Even found replacement rubbish bags on the floor.
Not very sound proof, could hear the people next too me. And lots of road noise
