Excellent hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms have been revamped tastefully. Bathrooms are slightly dated but great water pressure. Very high sink. Cleaned well. Love the full size mosquito net on the door - sleep with door open all night. Front reception (not sure who the lady with lovely grey hair & glasses was - but she was amazing!) very friendly as were pool & animation team. Food is very good & atmosphere tasteful. However, staff in the restaurant seem very unhappy - even when spoken to they hardly respond. I always try to be polite & say thank you but they were unusually dismissive. I wonder is it because we as customers are not nice to them generally? Certainly I was nearly knocked over on several occasions by fellow tourists!! Ecwoukd recommend this hotel for a holiday. Great value for everything on offer.

het is een heel mooie omgeving,meeste van het personeel spreekt niet, er is een groot onderscheid tussen de groene en de zwarte bandjes die je draagt , ook in de accommodatie, de zwarte zijn ultra all in en worden goed bediend, de groene all in en mogen alles zelf halen en in vele mooie plaatsen niet binnen.de netjeid laat ook te wensen over , je moet thuis inchecken krijgt dan een qr code maar daar wordt niet naar gekeken, we moesten heel lang wachten voor de check in, zo n mooi hotel zou 5 sterren lunnen hebben moesten ze er hun voor inzetten, we hadden daarentegen wel een heel leuke vakantie, veel succes gewenst in de toekomst !

The room was nice, and pool areas and bars were fine, but the food was awful. Nothing had any form of seasoning or flavour, and everything was either overcooked or borderline undercooked. Despite advertising multiple restaurants they all serve the same food, everything processed and some form of charred meat (not always sure what kind). Entertainment was also underwhelming. The nightclub was actually a children’s party. The beach bars and restaurants lacked atmosphere and music, felt like we were eating in a school canteen

Excellent hotel. Facilities offered Wellness center, adult only areas, disco, sports bar, different evening entertainment depending on what you want - couldn't ask for more. Food was fabulous in both the restaurant and snack bar and plenty of choices of bars to drink - yes it is local alcohol and can strip tarmac off a road but it is plentiful and served with a smile. If you want named brands it is easy to upgrade. Will definitely come back to this great hotel.

Beautiful resort and the recent renovation has made the lobby area lovely to sit and lounge in. The rooms are lovely and we had a pool/ ocean view which felt truly special. The staff that were there were lovely, however sometimes they felt under staffed. Queues for the bar area were longer than they should be. Also although it is all inclusive, the drinks are limited. We upgraded for our last day to take advantage of Ecenzia benefits and lucked out as that night they were cooking steaks on the outside BBQ. Otherwise, I’m not sure it is worth it. You only get a few extra drinks (whisky and nicer rum), but no extra cocktails other than a mojito. The buffet was also very similar to the main one (and we often saw people with black bands in the main buffet instead), with the difference being they were able to enjoy a bottle of wine rather than the wine from a tap (both were drinkable). All the pools (including the ones that were supposedly heated) were quite cold, putting most people off from going in. This was also true of the other hotel we stayed at so perhaps a Spanish thing? Having said that, the pool areas are beautiful and there were so many deck chairs that you could rock up any time of the day and find a good seat. We spent most of the time in the adults only area, which was tranquil, with views and the sounds of the sea. The gym has one of everything but quite basic equipment (in both the main gym and the escenia one). Gorgeous beach which is just 5 min

We really enjoyed our stay. This resort has everything you need. My bed was a bit too hard and some repetitive / stale food options at times but this really wasn’t too much of a problem. Loads of places to sit and chill by the pool. Great access to the Beach too.

Read all details to avoid frustration
Check in starts at 15:00 hours, but hotels app states from 14:00 Check out until 11:00, even hotels app statas until 12:00. My room card was disabled right after 10:00 - I had to go to reception to ask to activate it. And it was jot my fault - my both cards were disabled at the same time, even reception blamed me. Furthermore - It was 10:45 but reception didn't expressed any apologies and rudely reminded me to leave the room in 15 minutes. Wifi was disabled right after 11:00 with no excuse, kinda forcing us to get out asap. Que to check in sometimes was going long way even going outside. And yes, reception is working slow and evidently - too little check in desks for such big hotel. Keep in mind - hotel is away from towns and there is no decent pathway to nearest town of Moro Jable, which is 1 hour of intense hiking. ..but if your intentions are only within the hotel teritory and the beach - this does not apply, however - hotel layout is on slope - anywhere you go you end up at pretty steep slope and stairs
