Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them as a client. They are always right and you are always wrong. We just left after they treated us with disrespect. Expedia refunded our payment. Be aware! Now let see how they will defend themselves and threaten me again. Just don't!
