The staff were extremely helpful when we came by to look at the room before booking. As well as their outstanding service of helping us book a trip to Hoi An and shuttle to the airport. Their warm smiles and greetings felt welcoming every time we met a staff member compared to the hotel we had previously stayed at. The hotel driver was also extremely friendly and gave us a good insight on Da Nang history..
However, the room could have used an extra vaccum as it was extremely dusty on the floor

We had a nice stay at this hotel, which was really close to beach and a huge plus for us. Though it was not possible to borrow beach towels at the hotel, so we ended up buying new ones. The pool was more show off, and not really usable. The sun chairs were in the shadowside of the pool and pool water not warm.
Breakfast was really good and lots of choices to make.
The staff were friendly, but was not really prepared for many guest and the communication was really limited. When something was requested, it did not get done.

Over-priced for this condo hotel style. Bathroom is weird design that created flooding once I opened the door?!
Amenities is lack of spoon, why provided tea/coffee without spoon or something you can make a cup of tea nicely?
For $140/night, I don’t think it’s worth for it. Not recommended.

모든게 좋았습니다 훌륭한 위치, 편안한 객실, 친절한 직원들. 하지만 딱 하나 조식이 별로였어요. 조식은 좀 보강이 되어야 할것 같아요.

Lækkert stort værelse med gode senge. Gulvet var ikke helt rent da vi ankom, generelt kunne rengøringen godt være bedre. Meget lydt, meget støj fra vejen. Stor lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Flinkt og hjælpsomt persobale.

호텔시설이나 서비스등은 무언가 많이 하는거 같은데 그냥 다 약간은 별루인 호텔인거 같습니다. 패밀리스위트룸으로 예약했는데 사용을 안한 방이었는지 냄새가 많이 났고 하루에 한가지씩 문제(3박에 4가지)가 생겨 방을 바꾸기도 애매한 곳이었습니다. 물론 모두 해결은 되었지만.. 조식은 생각보다 별루이고 근처에 아주 맛있는 하노이 쌀국수집이 있어 행복했고 뷰는 정말 끝내줘 아침마다 아주 행복했습니다

物超所值，訂了家庭房，空間很大很舒服，只是套房的浴缸有點深，和比較容易滑到，而且淋浴時會弄到一地水。
但早餐真的很豐富，我和家人也很期待每天的早餐，尤其每天的湯麵（牛肉河、雞絲河），也是我們最喜歡！
