The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly had a five-star experience. Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was helpful and friendly. But right before leaving on the day of checkout, we were throughly embarrassed by a staff member in the dining room. It was eventually sorted out after i told the hostess but by then my husband was so humiliated he left the dining room already. Kind of soured the experience.

We had a fabulous stay in April. The property is sleek, modern and stunningly beautiful. It is directly across from the beach, and near several convenience stores and restaurants that are easy to walk to. The rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were as well. We had an ocean view and it was great. The pool on the 6th floor was great, we only used it once since we were right across the street from the beach. The best part was that our stay included a breakfast buffet that was to die for! There were standard options with several made-to-order stations (omelets, eggs, pho, etc) But the other options changed daily and did not disappoint. The fruit was unbelievable - the freshest, sweetest options all displayed so beautifully. I really enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking out at the ocean. I wish we could've stayed longer.

The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach but the pool area is quite nice with plenty of longers for relaxing. The hotel staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. Our suite was lovely and spacious. The only complaint we have is our suite only had a bathtub with a hand-held shower which made it quite awkward to shower. They do have rooms with a stand-up shower however they are quite a bit smaller than the suite we had. The Wyndham is a very nice hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful when we came by to look at the room before booking. As well as their outstanding service of helping us book a trip to Hoi An and shuttle to the airport. Their warm smiles and greetings felt welcoming every time we met a staff member compared to the hotel we had previously stayed at. The hotel driver was also extremely friendly and gave us a good insight on Da Nang history.. However, the room could have used an extra vaccum as it was extremely dusty on the floor

We had a nice stay at this hotel, which was really close to beach and a huge plus for us. Though it was not possible to borrow beach towels at the hotel, so we ended up buying new ones. The pool was more show off, and not really usable. The sun chairs were in the shadowside of the pool and pool water not warm. Breakfast was really good and lots of choices to make. The staff were friendly, but was not really prepared for many guest and the communication was really limited. When something was requested, it did not get done.
