"Amazing hotel. We loved every minute of our 5 night stay. Impeccable service. Fantastic facilities, including a rooftop pool with sun loungers and a fabulous view of the beach. Room were large and comfortable and super clean. Great breakfast and very thoughtful inclusions such as sparking wine replenished in the room each day and bottles of water by the pool. We had a fantastic stay, we will be back."

"What a lovely hotel and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was very nice. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay again"

"Lovely 19th century villa with fantastic views and wonderful staff. I would stay again for sure, despite being surprised that the split unit AC doesn’t work, only half the windows open, some bathtub tiles were old and appeared moldy, and there seemed to be no real concern about any of it. Still, I’ll pick the same apartment next time, and maybe bring my own large coffee mug and kitchen sponge :-)"

"We stayed in a triple room, sadly only for one night. We would have been happy to stay much longer. The rooms are modern, airy, smart and quiet. The electric blinds are really effective. Very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, coffee, TV etc. Super clean. Location is really convenient too for the town and the beach. What sets the Hotel apart is the incredible welcome, service and friendliness. Esti spent a load of time recommending and booking restaurants for us and Pablo let us leave our luggage for the afternoon while we went to the beach. We could not have had a better stay. We loved Zarautz and want to come back and will return to Hotel Zerupe if we can!"
