Staff were friendly however room was not clean- there was soap left with hair on it, benches had not been cleaned. Bedding was clean & crisp however.
Was cheap accommodation so you get what you pay for as they say. Hotel needs work as older.

Lovely stay, until owner/manager called upset that we kept a dog in the room, even though I did ask for dog friendly accommodation. I did not try and hide it from him. I have always been mindful to appreciate locations that accept dogs.

Toilet seat was disgraceful, foxtel didn't work on chanels other than the sports chanel. Asked for help and none was given

Booked 1 night, gave 4 weeks advance notice via email of my unavoidable and very late arrival, for which they were very helpful and courteous. Late check-in instructions all worked. Next morning, discovered several maintenance issues in room which I personally found concerning. Reception desk unmanned during checkout period, so texted my concerns in detail to contact number. I found their text responses to feedback on room issues room to be dismissive, defensive and potentially unhelpful for the future if not addressed. Room 7.
