I liked that this property is closed to many main attractions, plaza to dance, library and registro civil if you need to fix something there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a water dispenser with hot water at the lobby to make coffee, tea or some noodles

Mixed bag. If you're wondering why DFeños are up in arms about gentrification, this is one example. What was probably housing for low-income people (studio apartments) is now trying to be a luxury hotel. I wish Hotels.com was up front that this is NOT a hotel.
The gentleman who greeted me when I arrived was FANTASTIC, as were the cleaning staff. Professional, friendly, flexible. The young woman who staffed the reception afternoon and evening, not so much.
The room was nice, but there was a dangerous broken floorboard they had thrown a rug over, actually making it more dangerous, and the bathroom is tiny without room and any toiletries.

Me hospedé recientemente en este hotel durante mi visita a la CDMX y en general tuve una muy buena experiencia. Desde mi llegada, Miguel en recepción me atendió con una amabilidad excepcional; gracias a su apoyo en todo momento mi estancia fue muy favorable.
Algo que me encantó es que el hotel cuenta con un área de lavadoras gratuita, lo cual fue sumamente conveniente durante mi viaje. También agradezco a la gerencia por su disposición y apoyo para permitirme realizar una grabación dentro de las instalaciones, lo cual facilitó muchísimo mi trabajo.
Sin embargo, hay un detalle importante que considero necesario mencionar: el hotel no cuenta con elevador. Esto hizo que mi experiencia disminuyera razonablemente, ya que tuve que subir hasta el tercer piso por escaleras, lo cual puede ser complicado para personas que no están acostumbradas a hacer ejercicio o que llevan equipaje pesado. Sería de mucha ayuda que incluyeran esta información claramente en la descripción del lugar para que futuros huéspedes puedan tomarlo en cuenta antes de reservar.
Otro punto a considerar es que no realizan limpieza diaria del cuarto a menos que tú la solicites, lo cual es bueno saber desde el principio.
Fuera de estos detalles, el lugar me pareció agradable, cómodo y con un excelente servicio por parte del personal.
