I booked this property at around 2 AM for the same-day stay. Upon arrival, the host saw I had a baby with me and immediately refused to let us in, claiming they do not accept infants—despite there being no clear mention of this restriction during booking.
Not only were we left without a place to stay, but they also refused to return any of the money I paid. I was left stranded late at night with a baby, which was incredibly stressful and unfair.
This experience felt like a scam. If there are special conditions (like "no babies allowed"), they should be clearly stated before payment is made. Otherwise, it's just taking advantage of people.
I strongly warn other travelers, especially families to avoid this place. If something goes wrong, don’t expect flexibility or even basic fairness.

Location:
The village is beautiful and the accommodation is in a quiet area. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful, which makes a good first impression.
Positive Aspects:
The pool area is very nice and was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. From the rooftop, there is also a beautiful view of the sunset, definitely a highlight of the property.
Service & Management:
The manager was not very welcoming and did not act on simple requests. Although the property was free on the day of arrival, we were not allowed to check in earlier or even leave our luggage safely – something that would have been very easy to arrange.
Comfort:
The bed and pillows were extremely hard (the pillows felt like stones). Even after raising this issue, no effort was made to improve the situation. Towels were not changed once during our 8-day stay, the TV remote control did not work and a technical device gave off a disturbing blue light in the room during the night.
Facilities:
The kitchen was only suitable for small snacks and coffee and that’s okay. Still, a sponge and a towel would have been the minimum to keep it clean. In addition, the trash was never proactively collected. It started to overflow and smell inside the apartment, so I eventually had to place it outside myself.
Overall:
While the location is quiet, the pool well maintained and the sunset view from the rooftop beautiful, the customer service and comfort of the accommodation were disappointing and below expectations.

J’ai passé une semaine absolument parfaite dans cette propriété. Le logement est impeccable, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Le cadre est magnifique et la piscine privée est un vrai plus. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la propriétaire est très disponible, arrangeante et attentionnée. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat dort alles was man braucht.
Es gibt dort keine Rezeption, aber als wir kurz ausgesperrt waren wurde uns vom Property Manager schnell geholfen.
Die Kissen waren zwar hart und etwas unbequem aber man konnte trotzdem schlafen.
Der Poolbereich wurde täglich gereingt.
Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Urlaub mit einer schönen Unterkunft.
