Gorgeous stay - need to work out some kinks. Had to ask for a steamer 3 times to never get one. 3 times for extra pillows. The valet parking situation is a bit off. Hotel staff talking loudly with non guests how they wouldn’t spend the money to stay here. Our room had a window that was directly in the way of morning light with a window that had NO shade - brought this up and nothing was done nor apologized. The rooms are LOUD - yes the property is old and they make note but when you have old and steel tubs you need to add rugs in the room minimum. The aesthetic is beautiful and the design firm did great but if you want to charge these prices that I’m sure will climb you need to fix these small details. The restaurant was the star out our trip absolutely incredible food and lovely staff. Overall a good stay but again - some changes need to be made as you know the crowd you are attracting.

A beautiful hotel, with a great restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as a bathhouse. The room was well appointed, with a projector instead of a TV which I liked. The shower (and water pressure - or lack there of!) was disappointing and didn’t seem to match how well appointed the rest of the room was. I also noted a kettle in the room which is a great addition - but sadly no mugs or tea/coffee supplied. Staff were pleasant and accomodating throughout the stay.

No sound insulating at all!!!! We heard guests above us rolling their luggage bags and clomping around. Room service, having our bed made was "upon request only!" A stainless steel bathtub that locked like a coroner's draining bath at a morgue was in the center of the room. No seats in bedroom. The restaurant was excellent. The bathhouse was nice but coed changing area quirky. You had to walk outside across properly in the hotel robe to get to the baths and left with a wet bathing suit.

Charged a resort fee but the "resort part, saunas, baths, etc. is still being constructed."The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The lack of hot water we realized was at the end of the nite when wanting a hot shower (10pm) so did not want to move rooms at that point, was only one nite.

Took a night get away here. Room was clean and bed was cozy. Walls are thin though and you can hear others and wonder if they heard us 🙃 Complimentary coffee in lobby was great! Took a fitness class and it was refreshingly different and grounding. Shower in room was super odd. Even though there was a silicone ledge, water flooded the toilet area which was annoying and hazardous.
