Great hotel!
What a pleasant surprise! We needed a place to sleep after driving all day. We were able to check in late, and were so pleased to find a beautiful, comfortable, clean room.

New and Updated everything! Very clean. The nicest staff that even helped us bring in our luggage from the car! It was not the easiest to get to and there is no food delivery (you have to go pick it up yourself), but overall a good stay! We have reservations for another night on our way back from a trip.

Friendly and convenient
A friend and I visited the area to plan for an upcoming rock club outing. We definitely plan to return to the Surestay. Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome guests. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was quiet, not right alongside the Interstate, but very easy to find. Everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast area is small, so be aware.

At check-in Lisa was so friendly and helpful. She offered to help me carry my bags upstairs! There was a minor computer glitch when I checked in. Lisa solved the computer issue, and brought me two pieces of strudel to thank me for my patience. Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The towels were new and absorbent. I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. The gal who handled the check-out was also kind and friendly.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was junky. The remodel looks great but the halls echo loudly. Every time a door opens and shuts you can hear it throughout the hall.(very amplified) They have no one on site after 10 o'clock pm nor do they provide any on call number, so it you have an issue after that you are out of luck.

Best ever!
This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at on our 14 day family trip. Lisa and Stacy both were exceptional! Smiles, friendliness, graciousness, and caring attitudes. The both of them help in so many ways. It’s nice to be greeted at the door and the door open by staff. I could not believe how clean and comfortable the room was. The shower had hot water in abundance and the sheets and towels were soft and fresh and like new. The bed was perfect! Not too soft and not too hard. We actually had two pillows each! What a wonderful hotel this is.

Over all this way out of the way hotel is a 5 star. I gave a 3 star as the train goes by, no horn but you hear it and it's surrounded by Auto repair type business.
Lisa the Front Desk Agent was Fabulous! Super attentive, friendly, truely cares about her guests experience. She made sure I had everything I needed, including waiting for me to get up and she made fresh coffee just for me. I so loved that, I was impressed. The hotel not only was spotless, it smelled spotless and clean. Not musty like most hotels.
If you don't care about the surroundings, which was safe, I highly recommend this hotel! The price for 1 Thursday night was $96! My last hotel was double and didn't have the nice people, clean or amenities.
Ask for Lisa! She's a 10 5 Diamond 💎 star 🌟!

Not the best ad for Best Western
The hotel looks newly renovated, and it is clean.
It got off to less than a good start, however:
the hotel sign was not lit; there were several loud, drunk guys hanging out in the parking lot; I checked in between 9 and 10 pm and was informed that there was soon to be no attendant; the concrete slab outside the entryway was in bad shape, with weeds growing through the cracks. There was table on the slab, presumably as a place for a picnic, but neither the table nor the underneath were cleaned up. The indoor breakfast was sparse and terrible. The room lighting was hard-to-figure out, and I stumbled around in the dark before pushing buttons at random to get a light on.
The hotel was satisfactory for a relatively cheap place beside the interstate —20% or more cheaper than others in the area —but the excellent reviews posted by others and Best Western designation has me wondering.
