Me parece excesivo que el Checkin sea a las 3 de la tarde, y el check out a las 11 am
Lo mejor, el personal! Atentos, siempre sonrientes, dispuestos a ayudar. Eso salva el hotel!
No hay restaurante, no se consigue ni un refresco.
La habitación tiene una ventana con vidrio opaco, es decir no hay vista.
El desayuno regular, sin la posibilidad de unos huevos.
De camino de la habitación a la recepción, hay un escalón que no se ve y estuve a punto de caerme dos veces. Hice la sugerencia!
Los closets merecen una remodelación.

The room was spotless with a really comfortable bed, AC and a nice bathroom. The garden area is lovely with a small pool. The staff are really attentive and friendly - they made us a packed breakfast for our early morning flight & we lost the room key which they were super nice about!
The breakfast is also nice and healthy and light. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay to be honest!

Rooms r comfy and quiet; our bathroom door wouldn’t close fully; I told the receptionist ands she verified but no one ever came to fix it; there was no hot water; their backyard is very nice for a good quote read, the breakfast choices aren’t great - e.g. no. “plato típico” on the menu … mostly continental breakfast stuff; walking distance to restaurants and bars and shot drive distance to some attractions like Multiplaza and Gran Via, restaurants, etc. take Uber to go near by places; it’s cheaper, way more convenient and you help the economy.
