This hotel was perfect for our short 4 night stay in Mexico City. The place was very clean and modern. Also the staff were very friendly and responsive to all our needs. They even acknowledged my birthday with balloons, wine and a card. We were centrally located, the area was very walkable and easy to catch Ubers to other areas.
Highly recommend booking this place if you like smaller boutique hotels.

Staff friendliness was the best part. I can’t compliment them enough!!! Comfortable bed and good location. Close the most amazing park, tons of restaurants and museums. A little bit of a busy street and sometimes loud but, with windows closed ok. There is no tea kettle in the rooms but, can ask for hot water or use the microwave. Breakfast fruit and yogurt was the best and decent Americano comes with free breakfast. Lattes and cappuccinos extra-charge but worth it.

The room was nice, cozy, and clean, and the hotel is in a nice area. The staff is friendly, but also unable to take breakfast orders (included in the booking). One day, we only got half of the order. The next day, 45 minutes after ordering, we were informed by the staff that they haven’t even started preparing the breakfast, and we would need to wait longer. While the food was delicious, the staff really seems disorganized and slow.

The only minor downside was its location by a busy avenue, which made it a bit noisy at times. However, the exceptional service and pristine environment more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and a fresh, modern setting!
