La limpieza es muy buena, la atención también, el problema es que como no hay personal en las noches, otros huéspedes del mismo piso hicieron demasiado ruido hasta las 2 AM y no hay a quien reportar, el WiFi por momentos se desconectaba, lo demás bien

Siempre pasamos a Puebla a trasnochar y buscamos siempre algo accesible, nos habíamos quedado en muchisimos pero éste nos pareció con las 3 B, sin embargo, si hay que ir a pedir lo de siempre (toalla, papel, jabon). Si resolvieran ésto sería mejor.
