They went above and beyond to create a unique experience which resulted in a very comfortable, serene and modern stay in a very convenient location. Job well done Joan and John!

Oct 23, 2026We arrived to convenient parking. The patio and entry area was welcoming. Ice, water, glasses, utensils, etc, were openly available for use. The room was immaculate, as was the private patio. The bed was nice and firm, super comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely perfectly stuffed! Large screen TV was great, and the room was Super sound proof and quiet! Fantastic restaurants and shops were an easy short walk away. The Q Inn, as well as its location and staff, was a total winner! (We’ll be back:)

Aug 28, 2026Such a great little gem! We will be back! I can't say enough great things about the Q. It's new, spotless, beautifully appointed with such attention to detail. We had our own firepit to relax at with wine and cheese in the evening. There's actual daily maid service, which is a rare find today. The owner, Jack, and his family are so friendly and helpful and really want to make your stay comfortable. We will make the Q our new place to stay when visiting morro bay.

Aug 24, 2026The room was not only immaculate, but beautifully designed. This is significantly more up-scale than any other rooms I've seen in Morro Bay. I liked that while I could use a passcode to enter the building and my room, they also provided a mobile web page I could just tap on to do the same during my stay. My only regret is not staying longer and not spending time on the private porch with fire pit. This is a custom property built with care by a local family. Don't miss it if you can fit it into your travels.

Jul 28, 2026Just the architecture of the Q is so unique as it had been a Quonset hut from WWII. There are 10 rooms and ours had a generous furnished patio with a gas fire pit.
The room was a generous size, beautifully and comfortably furnished. The Q’s location on Main Street is close to the beach and otter hangout. A little longer walk takes you easily to downtown. We will definitely return!

Sep 9, 2026The Q Inn exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere was a refreshing departure from a typical hotel room, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the experience.
Everything about the facility was beautiful and modern. We particularly enjoyed the following features:
- The Amenities: The shower was great and the blow dryer was wonderful.
- The Room: The beds were incredibly comfortable.
- The Technology: The automatic blinds were a sophisticated touch—perhaps even a bit too "smart" for us!
The location was also ideal, as we were able to park our car and easily walk into town. We truly loved our first visit to Morro Bay and your facility. Having water and ice readily available was also a very thoughtful and appreciated touch.

Jun 18, 2026Excellent stay. Incredibly comfortable room. The bed was a dream - on the firmer side but supportive and soft at the same time. The shower and bathroom was beautiful. Really loved the included exfoliating mat, the electric shades on the windows, and ceiling fan. Easy check in/check out process. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it more!
