Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und verliefen ohne besondere Vorkommnisse. Das Zimmer war modern und optisch ansprechend. Ein absolutes No-Go war jedoch die Klimaanlage. Trotz sommerlicher Außentemperaturen hielt sie Kühlung offenbar für optional, sodass es im Zimmer unangenehm warm war. Auch das WLAN funktionierte im Zimmer nicht. Das Personal bemühte sich zwar um eine Lösung, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Dass ein Hotel heute kein funktionierendes Internet im Zimmer anbieten kann, sollte eigentlich nicht mehr vorkommen. Das Abendessen auf der schönen Terrasse war enttäuschend. Mein Salat war preislich durchaus großzügig kalkuliert, bei der Portionsgröße und Zusammenstellung hingegen deutlich zurückhaltender. Und Oettinger als Bierauswahl ist sicherlich eine nachvollziehbare Entscheidung, die aber nicht jeden Gast begeistert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der sehr schöne Saunabereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung. Der eigentliche Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Rechnung. Nicht alle Positionen wurden korrekt und transparent ausgewiesen. Der 2-Euro-Anteil für die Saunanutzung (19 % MwSt.) wurde ohne separate Position im Zimmerpreis (7 % MwSt.) geführt. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte war das Hotel nicht in der Lage, dies zu korrigieren. Fazit: Schade. Mit etwas funktionierender Technik und einer korrekt ausgestellten Rechnung hätte ich gerne wieder gebucht. So werde ich mir für künftige Aufenthalte eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Ein top Hotel! Die Architektur mehr als sehenswert, man fühlt sich wohl und das Personal trägt einen erheblichen Teil dazu bei. Schönes Frühstück und gute Parkplatzsituation. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Minimales Manko: keine Klimaanlage im Standardzimmer, obwohl die Bedieneinheit im Zimmer den Eindruck erweckt. Der Service zT noch in Details verbesserungswürdig - ein Glas wurde nicht ersetzt, ein Handtuch ebenfalls nicht.

Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre in einen komplett neu renovierten ca. 600 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus mit modernen und stilstischem Anbau. Ganz zentral gelegen und nach hinten doch im Grünen. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, schöne Sauna und auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Der Checkin verlief super freundlich und kompetent. Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war genial mein Zimmer war von der Größe her in Ordnung. Allerdings kann ich nicht verstehen, warum dort ein Sofa platziert wurde. Anstatt eines Schreibtisches. Auch die beiden einzelnen Biergläser im Zimmer, die für eine lokale Brauerei werben, verstehe ich nicht. Eine Flasche Bier dazu hätte das Bild komplettiert. Schade, dass es auch in diesem Hotel keine kleine Minibar mehr auf dem Zimmer gibt. Das Frühstück war okay, ein bisschen mehr Vielfalt wäre wünschenswert. Zudem fehlte teilweise die Bezeichnung der Produkte. Optisch findet man in diesem Hotel seeeehr viel Holz. Aus meiner Sicht ist dies an einigen Stellen too much. Der Saunabereich ist sehr gut gestaltet und bietet die Möglichkeit sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag zu entspannen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
