At first It was a little difficult to figure out the Digital keys, and at times the app did not work properly but once you figure everything out it was better. The property was clean loved the apartment very modern. The only other issue i had was if you forget your phone how would you be able to get in the apartment with the digital keys, no concierge. Also a little strange if you did have a car they wanted to charge a daily parking fee , Didn't really understand that part, if I'm paying that kind of price please don't nickel and dime me for parking, but i didn't have a car so not important. Overall it was a good experience and the host usually responded pretty quickly
