Zanao est une résidence pour personnes âgées, qui loue également des appartements de tourisme ou d'affaire. L'établissement n'est pas indiqué clairement et on confond très facilement avec un appart'Hôtel d'un groupe concurrent, tout proche, dont l'employée à l'accueil semble habitée à la confusion et redirige très gentiment les voyageurs égarés. Les appartements sont neufs, parfaitement propres et bien équipés, ils sont en outre très bien insonorisés et climatisés. A deux pas de la gare, cet hébergement reste une très bonne adresse à Dijon.
