It was even better than we expected. The place was very clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a spacious living area, and a large dining table. The location was also very convenient and close to everything we needed. This was our last place to stay before flying back to Canada, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit.

We rented a 4 bedroom/2 bath. It was very spacious and clean. The only issue we had was one of the showers had a problem with the hot water. Other than that our stay was great. The location was a block from Canal Street and about a 6-7 min walk to Bourbon Street. We had no issues with safety, we were a block from the Police. Make sure to pay for parking in advance online if you don’t want to park on the property, which is limited. There was a lot of parking right near the property. I parked right next to the property and it was only a 1 minute walk away. Excellent location to everything. I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff was great, the valet parking would of been great if we wouldn't of had to wait almost an hour outside to get our car to check out and head home. The room wasnt what was pictured we were a guest of 5 and they only had one couch and a bed when I thought what was pictured was 1 bed and 2 couches and 2 bathrooms but we only had 1 bathroom as well. Also the a/c unit kept us awake the whole night cutting on and off and sounded like a train. Also no extra blankets for the other guest had to grab some now they were great about giving us the stuff when we asked but would of been great to already have had the stuff in the room upon arrival.

This is an amazing place. The living room is big. We have five of us and there are plenty of room. The place is clean and feels like home. Their price is like a hotel price and even cheaper. Just few blocks from the French quarter. This is a good place for a family.

Recently stayed here during Essence Festival and had a wonderful experience The room was spacious and clean, check in was smooth, the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were accommodating and answered any and all questions. Only drawback was the rooms need a full length mirrors ( fit checks lol ) and the water pressure is a little low. Those are only mi or criticisms though and will definitely stay here again.
