Easy location from the station and great communication from the staff prior to arrival. They even got our room ready early for us as I had advised them when our train was due in! Check in was quick and I loved the digital access to the rooms. The room we were supposed to have had a bit of a stiff door when we were trying the door codes so the lovely lady who was checking us in immediately decided to upgrade our room. The rooms are a good size. The only negative was the air conditioning wasn’t as good as we would have liked(we went during the heatwave) but all in all fabulous stay and we will go again.
