The Crescent is a very enjoyable hotel to stay in. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. This includes the desk staff, valet, and cleaning staff. The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are as well. I do realize they have only been open for a short time but everyone was doing their best to make us feel comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend the Crescent if you are staying at Turning Stone Resort.

Beautiful new hotel. Everything was pristine. It was much better than staying in the Towers which have become rundown. We only stay there for one evening and we got in pretty late. We were not able to try the restaurants or really use the amenities. The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Once the prices go down this is a a great option.

Really nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Spacious hallways and always well maintained. I wish there was a pool or vending machine near the rooms but those are minor complaints. Would definitely come back another time.

The Crescent is great all new a few little things to work out like the door to the bathroom is a swing door if it shuts there is no exhaust in the bathroom at all, we had to find something to prop the door open with. The A/C only goes down to 65 degrees you would think that would be cold enough, but when there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and you have your blinds open, and the sun beats in and if you don’t leave your card in the slot at the door when you leave to make sure your Air keeps running the whole time you’re not there. It’s definitely not cool enough which is an odd thing. If you call down to the front desk, they can lower it to 60 for you. Other than that all was great and the staff very very helpful
