I booked a classic room for two people and paid online for two breakfasts. However, upon check‑in I was informed that despite paying for two guests, I am only entitled to one breakfast and would need to pay extra for the second person. This does not make sense and is quite disappointing. Additionally, please be aware that the hotel does not provide an iron. Guests are required to pay for a laundry service if they need their clothes ironed, which is very inconvenient. The pool is also currently closed, and this was not communicated prior to my arrival. This information should be clearly stated online so guests can make informed decisions before booking.
