The property was awesome. However, they needed to be cleaned with the house( floors and bathroom), and the towels were not in good cleaning condition. I suggested that other visitors bring their towels or Clorox with soap to wash the towels since the property has washers and dryers. Another suggestion for the property renters, place sufficient bathroom paper or suggested to bring it.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior of property. The roof of the lanai was ripped in many places so no protection from insects, squirrels and other small animals. The pool had not been cleaned. The beds were really old and noisy. They need to be replaced.

My adult family decided to take a trip to Disney World this summer. We were looking for accommodations that would suit adults on this trip, and this property delivered. Everyone was able to have a bedroom, and the three bathrooms were more than adequate. The property has two pretty community pools, and we had our own pool attached to the condo that was completely enclosed by a lanai. We took full advantage of everything the facility had to offer. The kitchen was also well stocked, so we saved a bit of money on eating out. Would stay again, highly recommend.

**Great Stay with a Few Considerations** We had a wonderful stay at this Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ over the weekend. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the pool was a fantastic bonus, especially after long, hot days at the park. The location was convenient, with the parks just 20-30 minutes away and only an 8-minute drive to restaurants and Publix. However, we did feel that the cleaning and resort fees charged at check-in were a bit steep, totaling $268. Despite this, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the amenities provided.

Where to start. First the pool heater didnt work. The pool had green algie in it. The king bed didnt fit the frame was hanging off amf felt like it was going to break. Outaide chairs broken. Curtian falling and loose. Stair rail loose. I could go on but thia place isnt worth my time
