Terrible facilities. NO HOT WATER FOR FIVE OF SEVEN DAYS I NEED AS THERE. staff nice but hotel owners/operators don’t care. First booking I couldn’t make trip and notified slightly less than 72 hour prior and they charged me for a full seven night stay. There’s lots of other places to stay nearby, I am sure with hot water and better service. Their call center shouted and hung up on me once I mentioned “review”.
