The staff were super friendly and helpful. They really tried to help out with everything. We're also very pleased with the room and the bed. Comfortable and nice standard, even though the TV was the smallest monitor I've ever seen. We weren't there to watch TV anyway, so we didn't care. Last plus is the breakfast. Normally continental breakfasts can be sugar and coffee only. But they had a small, but great selection of cheese, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs and bread.

Very courteous, forthcoming staff. They organzied a parking space on short notice during the Olympics, made breakfast ready early, etc. Had a wonderful family room as well. It was great.
