While the room was clean, it was SMALL for something that had a queen bed. There were some tricky things, like connecting to the TV (which is streaming only stations, via Roku) and the WiFi had an initial issue connecting. This was all chalked up (by the lobby person) as being new issues since they just remodeled.
My traveling partner hated the bathroom, since it was all enclosed behind a floor to ceiling frosted window wall.
We thought there was breakfast included, per the listing, but apparently not. It was fine, but a bit noisy on the street side.

The room was very clean! I had issues with my registrations which I am still not sure why amor if it was on my end but the staff were fantastic when I was in contact with them. The access was easy and the staff were kind and accommodating. This was a first time at a self serve hotel and it was neat. The rooms was spacious and modern but a little too much so for our personal preference. We prefer a door to sperate the bathroom space and found the toilet in a "glass booth" interesting. All in all is was a great stay, with a comfy bed. Amanda said hit her ankle in the low floating frame but that's not your fault. The end is a little low which could be a deterrent to some. All in all staff and location made it all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.
