Oct 11, 2026I was surprised when I saw that my room which was supposed to be a deluxe was very small. It was very sparse with nowhere to put your suitcases or anything no tables one little coffee table and one little chair. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. There were no water cups in the bathroom. On their website, they said they had a safe. They did not. There were no luggage stands. We had to access our luggage that was laying on the floor. Therefore, it was difficult to walk in the room. I will attach some photos. The breakfast did not compare with the photos either. The kitchen staff was very nice, accommodating, friendly cheerful. The greeter who showed us to our room when we arrived with only on the premises for a couple hours a day. We had no access to the owner/manager.
And the pillows were huge and hard as rocks. We used 2 pillows from the pool seats.
