Charming and peaceful
Loved the charm of the Hacienda. Everyone was very friendly. A very welcomed respite from the hustle and bustle of the center of Los Algodones.

It's a nice property. Room with spacious and clean. Didn't get the room we had booked because there was no water in the new side. It's on a dirt road with a dirt parking lot. The staff was cordial but I didn't see a single staff member smile. We visit often it was looking for a new environment or our stay. Probably won't stay there again. Will probably go back to our old hotel which was 20 bucks cheaper

Awesome stay
Very clean and cozy home type feel, you had everything you find @home right in at you nose. I had the cravings for some coffee in the middle of the night, called the front desk and they sent us extra items. TOP OF THE LINE, you guys out did your selfs.

Front desk on check in was nice, different staff member on check out was a little gruff, impersonal. I had to leave a cash deposit for incidentals upon check in. The pool was cold, but it's the first week of November, so maybe that's reasonable. The grounds are nice. I liked the courtyards.

No Mountain View. NO amenities. Not the same price that was stated by Expedia. No pool or hot tub. Just cold shower. Disappointing.

They have a very nice new pool. We could not unlock the door to our room. The door needed to be sanded, but nobody fixed the door during the 3 days we stayed.

Always enjoy staying here. Restaurant food is good and very reasonably priced. Disappointed ice machine was broken down. Lighting in room and bathroom not very good.
