Minutes away from several Restaurants & Gift Shops. The Pool is positioned in the middle of Motel, easy access from room. Free Self Parking is included with your stay. Staff friendly.

Sep 15, 2026Sea & Breeze is an Older Motel so if your looking to stay at a 5 Star Motel, this is not the one. The Property & Rooms are Clean asto be expected for a Older Motel. The Pool is Positioned in the center, easy access from all rooms. The Location is worth the Stay. Minutes away from the Pier & Beach. Its located on the Main Strip, has several Restaurants & Gifts Shops. Staff friendly & knowledgeable of the Island.

The rooms are nice & has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning, good shower, comfortable beds and an amazing pool that is in the middle of the hotel! The rooms do not have individual balconys but share a big balcony that over looks Tybrisa street which includes restaurants, gift shops and ice cream. It is steps from the pier and walking distance to everything. I didn't see any staff except for the person running the front desk. We have stayed here several times and the front desk person is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Tybee Island, Ga.

Aug 14, 2026I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is an older hotel that honestly needs a bit of work. Parking is tricky, especially if you drive a larger car or truck. The rooms are fair, but could use better cleaning, especially the floors. The main attraction for this hotel is that it is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Everything we need is well within walking distance so I don't have to move my car.
