Jun 3, 2026Stayed here for a week while visiting Lisbon. Was a little unsure about the digital check in but it was perfect, no issues.
Staff communication via the app was good.
Cleaning staff came every day and changed bedding, took away the garbage, put fresh towels every day.
Property was in a GREAT location
A little disappointed that I didn’t have a balcony to sit out on, balcony was very narrow and too small for a chair. I found it a little expensive but due to location it’s probably on par with other similar rentals.
Would say overall good rental and would stay here again.

Washer/dryer, kitchen, large sis it is bath with wonderful jets and floor to ceiling windows. You do need to be tech savvy to handle online check in and what’s app helps but it was smooth even at last minute. Loved the water and crackers waiting for us. Absolutely will stay here again when in Lisboa.

Jul 3, 2026The property is near the Avenida Liberdade. However, the room assigned to us was in the 3rd floor and the levator only goes up to the 2nd floor. I was not informed about this set-up. My 84 year old mom struggled to use the stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. And also we have have big luggages and we have to pull it up the stairs.

Jul 11, 2026We specifically paid for a room for three persons, but we’re given a full bed that slept only two people plus the communication was terrible and it felt like we were dealing with a robot rather than a real person. We asked them to call us more than five times but they would only communicate online after multiple messages were sent. This whole experience plus the outside and inside door codes not working it ruined our vacation.

-Listing stated 3 persons could sleep, but only a full bed for two was provided.
-Left more than 10 messages on the website and also their requested WhatsApp number with no help for days.
-One of us slept on the concrete floor and we asked for blankets and pillows, and none were given.
-We purchased an air mattress and pump after no response and used that the second night.
-Finally the third night we were moved to a room that slept three but every day the code to get into the building would not work and the code to get into our room would not work so we would have to contact them again.
-We were not reimbursed anything and with the horrible communication will never stay at this place again.

May 26, 2026We had a great stay and would definitely choose this apartment again. The location is excellent. Close to many shops, restaurants, an artisanal market, and even an Aldi grocery store. It was also very easy to access with Uber and Bolt since the street is wide enough for convenient pickup and drop-off.
The apartment is situated near many attractions and amenities, giving it a great atmosphere while still feeling secure and comfortable. Our room was super clean when we arrived and our stay was very quiet, and we experienced no noise issues at all. It’s not directly in the middle of all the main tourist attractions, but close enough to reach everything easily.
The apartment offered very good value and would work well for families or couples. Having a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment was a big plus during our stay.
The only upgrade I would recommend would be a better hair dryer. The current one requires you to constantly hold down the button to keep it running, which is not ideal for styling hair.
Communication with the management team was also very good - friendly, responsive, and with clear instructions throughout our stay.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others visiting the city.

May 10, 2026Al nostro ingresso abbiamo trovato una piacevole sorpresa, un cuscino enorme per il nostro cagnolino e due ciotole per lui, tutto nuovo pulitissimo.
La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, arredata con semplicità ma con tutti i comfort, lavastoviglie e lavatrici comprese, biancheria da letto e da bagno pulitissima, angolo cottura provvisto di tutto ciò che serve dalle posate alle stoviglie, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e bollitore. Consigliatissimo.
