The location is great. Near to MTR. Easy access to Kowloon too. Quiet environment. The best part is the staff service. They helped you in most of your requirements.

The gentleman who checked me in was great! He made me feel I am seeing a friend… so did the lady who cleaned my room… The room looks tired… same problem with the safe even though they fixed it right away… The elevator is hot & miss… some elevator bank only go to 5th floor … from there one need to switch to another elevator⋯⋯The welcome drink is a joke… they even do away with cheap red/ white and cocktail.

Good location but room was small and rather rundown. I think it needs a makeover. The USB outlets in the room were decommissioned.The cleaning staff were excellent. The lobby staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Internet was excellent. Shower was excellent.

The room is tidy and clean. The staffs are very polite & nice, and the location is good for shopping & sight seeing. During the stay, there was strong typhoon and everywhere was closed. The staffs provided special arrangement to me so that I didn't need to worry about the dinner & drinks. It made me feel safe to stay in the hotel.
