Nous avons fait une erreur dans notre rĂ©servation sur le nombre de personnes, 1 bĂ©bĂ© au lieu de un enfant dont un bĂ©bĂ© qui dort avec nous. Il fallait certes trouver une nouvelle chambre mais le personnel d’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able, et nous a parlĂ© comme si nous Ă©tions des voleurs alors que nous Ă©tions prĂȘts Ă  payer car nous Ă©tions conscients de notre erreur. Ensuite, nous nous renseignons sur les massages d’un spa. Je prends rdv. Le rdv se passe trĂšs bien. On ne m’a jamais dit qu’il fallait que je rĂšgle Ă  l’avance, et le lendemain, en retour de soirĂ©e la personne de l’accueil m’interpelle Ă  haute voix et me dit vous n’avez pas rĂ©glĂ© votre soin ! Comme si j’étais une voleuse ! Alors que rien ne m’a Ă©tĂ© dit, je comptais rĂ©gler au Check out je ne suis jamais partie sans payer de ma vie ! ! Mais si le personnel m’avait prĂ©venue Ă©videmment que j’aurais payĂ© sur le moment. Le wifi ne nous a pas Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© en systĂšmatique, mais si encore il marchait
 de plus la tĂ©lĂ©, inutilisable ! Nous avons un aquarium de veille depuis notre arrivĂ©e. Les chambres sont faites le matin mais alors de maniĂšre trĂšs sommaire. Bref nous sommes extrĂȘmement déçus de cet hĂŽtel ! Je ne recommande pas. Et nous ne sommes pas du tout dans l’habitude de dĂ©poser de tels avis mais pour le prix, nous sommes obligĂ©s de mentionner cela. Le personnel d’accueil et les Ă©quipements de la chambre trĂšs loin d’ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur !

La situation de l’hĂŽtel est idĂ©ale mais l’hĂŽtel est vieillissant. Le personnel fait triste et sont froids par rapport Ă  tous les hĂŽtels espagnols que nous avons pu faire auparavant. PrĂ©voyez les boules quiesse car les goĂ©lands braillent toute la nuit. Le petit dej est dans un rĂ©fectoire avec beaucoup de produits industriels en revanche le cafĂ© est bon.
