Thalassa Apartments Santa Susanna
All the family had a great time at the Thalassa Apartments, Really good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all the staff were great, easy access to the shops and bars. We will defiantly stop there again. Steve

The Thalassa- clean, tidy and great value
I stayed here for 4 days and was impressed by how clean the hotel was. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed. The use of the Tahitis pool was lovely and we had a great time chilling out bythe pool. The hotel is easy to get to from the train station and shops are near by for food. Wendy on reception was lovely and very helpful. It can be quite loud at night as neughbouring hotels play music but an iPod or closing the balcony doors blocks it out. Would definitely recommend it :)

Excellent value for money
I stayed at Thalassa Apartements from 10th to 17th October 2009and was very very impressed. They are so NEAR the sea.They are ideally located for everything Santa Susanna has to offer. All rooms have a sea view although I would recommend requesting an even numbered room as uneven numbers also overlook the sister hotel so the view is restricted, and not so private.For me there was only one "fault" and this was because of the fantastic location there was a lot of noise (not from other guests-but that was luck as you would and could hear other guests)from entertainment in a nearby venue. It was very loud up till midnight. On saying this I spoke with a family of five and they said it didn't effect them at all. It would also not put me off returning. One other "warning" I would add is that the deposit you are asked to pay is required in cash. I had not read this anywhere and assumed that a credit card would be accepted but it's cash only (sterling or euros ) Thalassa Apartments were lovely and so was Santa Susanna, enjoy your holiday x

deception
le personnel de l'hotel c'est des voleurs, ils ne sont pas des personnes de confiance, tres déçu de la qualité de service des serveurs de la cantine. la bouf est horrible, ils ne font que recycler le reste de la nourriture restante !!!!!!! la bouf n'est pas variée, les dessert des fois immangeable. la plaque chauffante ne marche pas dans les chambre suite il n'y a pas de wifi même payant on ne capte que 10 mn après rien c'est de l'arnaque très déçu de mon séjours à ne pas refaire. :(

Terrible stay, customer focus and attitude
Hopeless stay. Got a room with non functioning air conditioner, ask the staff to fix it but they wore not able to so all of us wore awake all night. One receptionist, a women helped us find another room the next day, however the manager at the hotel denied us a discount for the first night and the rest of the staff did not believe us. I live at hotels around the world every month and this hotel had the worse service and costumer focused attitude I have ever experienced. Hopeless!!

Hotel rénové et propre, proche de tout
La semaine que nous avons passé a été superbe. Les suites sont grandes et propres. L'hôtel est juste au bord de la plage ce qui est un plus. Pour accéder aux commerces il suffit juste de traverser le route ! Points négatifs : les matelas sont durs ainsi que les coussins. De plus il y a de la musique jusqu'à minuit environ. Bon rapport qualité prix !

Dejligt hotel i et godt område Perfekt beliggenhed ved stranden. Stranden er lækker men vandet er meget dybt. Når vi begyndte at kede os kørte vi ind til Barcelona,tager en lille times tid i bil.

Appartement et hotel d'une grande propreté , équipement satisfaisant dans l'appartement, emplacement idéal de l'hôtel ( 50 min de Barcelone, 1h45 de port aventura....). Beaucoup d'animations dans la journee et le soir pour passé d'agreable vacances. Le personnel est agréable et présent. Le buffet est de prix raisonnable et très correct. Je le recommande vivement et est prêt à repartir l'année prochaine en essayant l'hôtel..

Bon appartement
Hôtel appartement très sympa. Seul bémol au niveau de l'isolation phonique des logements. Situé en face des bars ou des spectacles se font les soirs... Musique garantie jusqu'à minuit... Et la mer difficulté pour se baigner car elle tombe à pic au bout d'un mètre. Dangereux pour les enfants. Mais Super pour la piscine et les logements. Je pense y retourner !
