I liked that the property was on the Main Street with a sidewalk cafe. The ad is deceiving. No elevator, only room has a/c, provided no hangers and to my standard, dirty, dirty.

Tråkig upplevelse.
Det gör mig ont att sätta så lågt betyg på detta hotell. Ser fantastiskt ut utifrån och ligger mycket bra till. Tyvärr är insidan riktigt bedrövlig. Vi hade beställt en svit och det stod att det var ett trestjärnigt hotell, men dessvärre kunde vi ej se några stjärnor och ej heller någon svit. Där skulle vara djupt badkar och skrivbord, men inget av detta fanns. Det var precis att sängen fick plats i rummet. Handdukarna och lakanen som en gång varit vita var alldeles grå. Glödlampor saknades i dom riktigt dammiga lamporna. Vad vi kunde se så fanns inga nödutgångar och huset saknade också hiss. Går och bo där om man absolut inte hittar något annat.

Dreadful a really dirty place bathroom unfit for use
No light bulbs no hot water connected to the bathroom. No toiletries hair dryer or terrace a towel was provided with more holes than cloth it is 1* not 2 5 as advertised this should not be on hotels com i always trust you to provide quality information unfortunately photos will not upload

Much less than we expected
Hotel staff was nice but can't communicate except in Spanish.Very old building, has an old charm if it was renovated and maintained properly.
Breakfast was supposedly included: It was only a tray with 3 empty cups and packets of coffee, tea and sugar!!!
Cleanliness level was very low. cracks in the ceiling and walls, AC unit was very noisy and outdated,
Hotel is very small but no elevators to access the rooms!
We had no choice when we booked on line, there were no hotels available because of the big football game in Mendoza.

Muy malo todo, sin restaurante, mal el estado de la habitación, mal la pintura, colchón, estado general un verdadero desastre, ni gratis vuelvo!!! Hasta él estacionamiento cayéndose a pedazos....encima me querían cobrar el IVA......vergüenza total!!

Overpriced, good location, old building
The hotel is in a good location, but the door is locked ALL the time. You need to ask staff to let you in and let you out like a puppy.
I noticed my room was missing towels so I asked for towels. Then 3 hours later I noticed they were missing sheets. I asked for sheets on the bed and the lady was really upset. I'm guessing it was at the maid, but she took it out on me.
The room had roaches and someone was banging on something pretty early in the morning.
The kitchen is helpful and theres a grocery store down the street of you want to cook in your room. They don't provide a knife of many cooking items. Just a plate and fork with the kitchen.
The wifi goes in and out all day, so don't try and facetime or plan on having strong wifi.

La verdad que lo único rescatable del hotel es Jimena que hizo lo que pudo y nos reubico en otro hotel. Reservamos una habitación con cama matrimonial ya que ibamos con una bebé de 8 meses y cuando llegamos ya la habían ocupado y reasignado a otros huéspedes. Nos mandaron a un altillo ya que de habitación no tenía nada( por escalera) con 4 camas individuales y un baño espantoso. Estaba sucio, había chicles masticados en el piso, las sábanas manchadas... daba asco.
Ademas tenía un sensor de humo q hacia un pitido que te volvía loco ..
imposible descansar.

The location is fabulous. The hotel itself isn't exactly new. Friendly staff. If you want to pay with a card, save yourself some time and do it through the Hotels.com site. It's not at all convenient to pay with a card at the property.
