It was just ok
The hotel rooms facing the front of the building were very loud on a Sunday night. Could hear numerous people talking or yelling throughout the night. Air conditioning was not able to be turned on, so opening the windows made it even louder. Room was hot and stuffy.

Enjoy the weather in the harbor!
We absolutely loved coming down to the harbor. The people working in the front desk were professional and helpful and we signed up for the H100 club. We’re looking forward to other days. Make sure you go up and have a beverage at the roof rooftop pool. The layout chairs are great.

Lovely hotel but requests not met
Lovely hotel but I did request two single beds well in advance but didn’t get them. We did however receive a complimentary bottle of cava which was a nice touch. The room was nice but we had no balcony or view which was also requested. I thought we would have had our requests met seeing as we travelled in November and I had pre contacted the hotel to inform them of a 50th birthday celebration. If we would have had a balcony with a view and the single beds, it would have been perfect.

Great spot in the old port area. We had a couple of nights after getting off a cruise Good area for lots of bars and restaurants just accross the road and surrounding streets A really cool walk up through the gothic quarter into La Ramblas from the hotel too

A handicapped room had a bathtub over a foot entry. No shower seat or stool. No closure door. Lower Bar was on Left side of tub when most people are right handed. Handicapped rooms on first floor but DIRECTLY across from two bathrooms. Not quite especially with phone users! Not at all handicapped friendly or safe!
