Kids loved it
Wonderful for children and their parents. My son’s were amazed when they first walked into the lobby, audible gasps came from their mouths and they ran off to play. We were happy to wait in the lobby as there is entrainment including balloon making, popcorn and juice. They very kindly allowed us to check in early. Shopping and dining mall close by with affordable food options. Breakfast was good but very Asian including Indian, the premises is Halal. Definitely no bacon! Lifts were like a disco and very cool. Rooms were well decorated. We loved it and were all sad to leave. The larks were not crowded which was nice. Close to Singapore so we flew into Changi Airport

Everything’s good but…
We stayed in the adventure room. The room is fine, but the hand wash beside the children’s basin can’t function. I can see that it’s full and loaded, but maybe it’s a problem of the squeezer or something, it won’t come out when I pressed. I’ve mentioned this twice to the hotel, first to the housekeeper and then second time to the hotel lobby concierge. When I returned late to the room at night, I find it faulty still. Everyone at the hotel is friendly, but I don’t know why they somehow can’t get a simple hand wash fixed.

My 7 year old daughter is coeliac, the staff in all hotel dining as well as in the park were amazing at catering for her needs. They were able to point out which foods were “safe” for her to eat (inclusive of changing out the oil before cooking chips) and cooked up seperate meals to her liking (they had GF pancakes and cereals available for breakfast). All the staff were friendly and accomodating. We had a fantastic stay!!
