Ok for Morro Bay
Very clean room. Beds are something else. The underneath was surrounded by some kind of a metal plate that made a loud noise every time you hit it with your foot. The human can be easily trained to not hit it with their foot but it also had a fitted mattress pad on it that appeared to be too small for the king size bed. That kind of took away from all the good qualities of the room. Location was nice right next to a park Little League Park no dogs allowed on the field no problem with that. Great value but the room was just okay, clean but just okay. I don't need mattress covers popping off when I want to do the dirty deed if you know what I mean.

Our visit was to attend a wrestling tournament at Morro Bay High School. I had previously booked with another motel, but some how I got canceled. (Grrrrr) So I looked to see what was available. Sure enough motel 6 had a room for the three nights I needed. Short notice I didn’t expect much. I called directly to the motel 6 after I booked through Hotel.com just to make sure it went through. I talked to a lady named Liz, she was very pleasant and helpful. When we arrived I met her and she was very nice. The rooms were nice, no carpet which I like. They are pet friendly so easier to keep clean. Beds and pillows were comfy for my husband and I.For a budget trip, the price was good for us. Plus it was right across from the school, so we could walk back and forth in between the wrestling matches and beach was right next to the school as well. We could see Morro Rock from our window on second floor,#218. Plus there’s a park across the ways , if you have little kids. Easy access of the highway and close to tourist attractions. The only thing my husband wished they was a single serve coffee machine in the room, but they did offer coffee and tea in their little lobby. Like I mentioned,it’s not an up scale motel, but clean enough to take showers and lay your head down to sleep. Being kind and respectful, will give you great service. Which we received from Motel 6 in Morro Bay. I weigh the reviews from good to bad depending on what type of hotel or motel and age of the establishment.

Guy up front was great. Room was quiet and comfy. The outside parking area had dog poop in it,and dog poop strawn about the property as well. Great view if you go left out if the parking lot.

Had noise complaint 3 min afyer walking tinto room from another room not even front desk and than aftwr requsting to be moved so u we disnt bother other guest with loud footsteps from 10 year old sine we were placed rok. Everything was great at this property it was quiet and calm we were able to see the Morro Bay rock from our window. We noticed a baseball field and a play ground, hoping we can go back to catch a game there one day. The room was really nice we enjoyed the lights behind the bed and the lights on the mirror it was pretty awesome, the beds were comfortable too.
