Terrible
Terrible stay Did not sleep all night it was extremely noisy from the street I could hear people having sex in the room next door and not to mention the water pipes, Broken down and damaged cars in parking lot, front door broken, light out on first letter of sign outside so hard to find. Noisy,no hot water in shower or sink, 2 tiny pillows. No sound on TV, no answer at front desk and to top it off House keeping trying to open my door without knocking at 7am. Definitely do not recommend. Truly a whole in the wall.

For the few hours I was there….it was okay.
Room was cleanish. Previous guest put gum on the night stand and parts of it were still there. Bed was comfortable. Noise from outside was like it was in my room. And the guest in the room next door chanted/sang. I would recommend a deadbolt to lock the room it was only secured with the latch. As a solo traveller - I would have felt more secure with added lock. The shuttle driver in the AM was fantastic!!

Great hotel for a rest in between flights
Close to airport, reasonably priced, super comfy bed and great heater, phone doesn’t work and tv remote either but that’s ok it’s a great spot for a quick rest in between flights. I’ll come back if I need to

Go elsewhere!
Location is close to the airport. There are just too many negatives about this hotel! Rude front desk, shuttle driver drives fast and seatbelts are taped with duct tape so not usable. The heater is the bedroom was caked with dust. Found someone's clothes in between the mattresses. Doors to rooms don't have deadbolt. There is no free breakfast or cofffee machines in room as advertised. Tap water only. Pillows were the size of couch pillows. Light bulb broken and no power in plugs. Asked for some things but never got them. Only good thing is the cleaning crew was super nice. Would not stay again

Don't go here
This is a sketch outfit. First the hotel entrance is one of the doors of a setup mall beside a Subway and shawarma joint. Second they "lost" my reservation until i showed them the hotels.ca app. Third they insisted on a secondary deposit despite paying on a gold card. Fourth, went up to the closet of a room in the weed stinking elevator. After seeing what i was getting for 200, I decided to not stay there. The clerk refunded my room charge but wouldn't release the deposit. I left and walked down the street to the Four Seasons, got a room for less money, no silly deposit, free buffet breakfast, and a 24 hour pool. Yeah four seasons. Boo Nu.

Remote control for the TV didn't work(hd to tell reception three times before they figured iyt it was broken. Also, too much door slamming and other noise. Pillows were too small, Decent stay but will not book again.
